What happens when women band together to fight the system?

Amidst the current political climate and a consumer backlash, it feels like the right time for a revival of Dario Fo’s hilarious 80s farce, ‘Can’t Pay? Won’t Pay!’ The classic satire sees one group of women lose patience with low pay and rising prices, and take direct action – and in this new version by comedy genius Johnny McKnight, the action moves to Glasgow and examines where we are now in Scotland.

A new production from Glasgow Arts supported by Creative Scotland.
